6. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@petststore.click with a description of the issue and photographic evidence. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Restocking Fees Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price, depending on the condition of the returned product and our inspection process.
